Rewrapped, Food Network’s Marc Summers–judged competition series where three contestants work to recreate and innovate on iconic snack foods, was renewed today for season 2!
When we spoke to Joey Fatone earlier this year, he said he would “definitely come back” for a second season of the Food Network show. He’ll be returning along with Summers when Rewrapped premieres again on September 8 at 8 p.m. The culinary competition wrapped (see what we did there?) its first season on July 7, finishing a 13-episode run with a Wise Cheez Waffie-filled finale.
In the season 2 announcement, Food Network teased which snack foods will appear when the show kicks off in September. The list includes: Lays “Do Us a Flavor” Potato Chips, Hostess Ho Hos, Tastykake Koffee Kake Juniors, Pepperidge Farm Chocolate Hazelnut Pirouettes, Chef Boyardee Beef Ravioli, Hostess Sno Balls, Swiss Miss Triple Chocolate Dream Pudding, Girl Scouts Thin Mints, Nabisco RITZ Bits with Cheese, Pepperidge Farm Santa Cruz Oatmeal Raisin Cookies, Dunkin’ Donuts Glazed Pumpkin Cake Donuts, Jelly Belly Candy Corn, and Hammond’s Candy Canes.
That’s 13 delicious snack foods and 13 more episodes of Rewrapped! Which recreation are you most looking forward to in season 2?
